Initial Treatment of 12 FA-4 sticks – shut in well for 24 hours – reopen to production facilities, in some cases, severe salt plugging will require additional FA-4 to restore producing of well. Shut in well for 24 hours for best results. |

Drop 2 FA-4 SCM Acid Sticks every three days for 1-2 months or until production improves. For improved flow rates, drop 2 FA-4 sticks each week for maintenance. |

Operator reported well having severe slugging of flow. Shut well in, then dropped 12 FA-4 sticks. Reopened well 24 hours later. Well still slugging. Shut in well again. Dropped 12 more FA-4 Sticks. Reopened well after 24 hour shut in. Well unloaded excess fluid and production rates were improved. Now drops 2 FA-4 sticks each week for maintenance. |

Operator shut in well and went in tubing with slick line. Located salt scale at 2000 ft. above perforations. Reopened well. Started program of dropping 2 FA-4 SCM Acid Sticks every three days. After 45 days, production increased from 120mCF/D to 160mCF/D. Rigged up slick line. No salt scale was found in tubing open to rat hole. Operator no drops 2 FA-4 each week. |

No special handling or storage
required. Avoid contact with eyes. In the event of contact with
eyes, flush with large amounts of fresh water several times. Opening
on containers should always be kept closed when not in use to prevent
